EASY will present new solutions for archiving and digitalization of documents at Hannover Messe. In Hall 14, Booth L37, our experts will show how companies automate and optimize their document-based business processes.
EASY has been one of the leading German ECM/DMS software manufacturers for over 30 years. At the Hannover Messe, we, as experts for digitalization of business processes, will present our extensive portfolio – from document management (DMS) to end-to-end purchase-to-pay (P2P) and human resources processes (HCM) to contract lifecycle management and eSignature.
Archive of the Future
At the heart of the cloud-based document management solutions is the EASY Archive, which is regarded as a key technology for digital transformation. The central storage location in the cloud enables holistic and cross-departmental optimization of workflows.
EASY Invoice Smart in the Cloud
The new standardized “out of the box” version of the solution EASY Invoice provides companies with a best-of-class approach for cloud-based electronic invoice processing. EASY Invoice Smart automatically captures incoming invoices, extracts relevant (posting) data for transmission to downstream ERP systems, and stores the documents in the cloud archive in a revision-proof manner. Thanks to minimal configuration effort and a short implementation phase, the automated workflows can be used quickly and easily for daily work.
“In the last three years, the digitalization of business processes has taken a huge leap forward. Piece by piece, document silos that have grown over the years are being dismantled and linked at a new central point. This not only makes work more efficient, but also enables data treasures to be unearthed,” explains Marcel Etzel, Chief of Product and Technology, EASY SOFTWARE. “EASY SOFTWARE is actively driving this development. So we are very pleased to present smart solutions as well as an exciting vision of the future to our customers and visitors at Hannover Messe.”
